Frequently Asked Questions

You can book the service up to 6 months in advance or as late as 48 hours before, if there are available slots. Ideally, booking between 2 and 4 weeks in advance will allow for the best organization.

During booking, you'll receive a list of suggested locations, but it’s always better to chat on WhatsApp to find the best option based on your preferences and the time of your shoot. You can share your ideas, I’ll recommend my favorite spots, and together we’ll make it perfect!

Most images will be 3600px on the long side (occasionally they might be smaller, but always with enough resolution to ensure good print quality). You can print them at perfect quality up to 12 inches on the long side, and at very good quality up to 18 inches. All images are perfect for the web and any type of screen.

I always try to accommodate these needs. If you cancel two weeks in advance, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, you’ll get a 50% refund. If you cancel after that, no refund is possible, except for extraordinary circumstances at my discretion.

Yes, absolutely! You can purchase additional individual photos, bundles with multiple images, or even the entire gallery. Bundles and the full gallery come at a discounted rate compared to buying individual photos.

You'll receive a link to a professional online gallery with all your best edited photos. From there, you can select the photos included in your package to download and have the option to purchase additional images if you wish.

The gallery will be ready within 7 days—often sooner! Every image is carefully post-processed and adjusted one by one to ensure the highest quality. In rare cases, it may take a little longer, but I'll always keep you updated.

Generally no, but any extra costs for props, transportation, or access fees to specific locations (for the photographer, too) will be at your expense.

Yes, you can gift a photo session. Just make sure to coordinate the date with them. The photos will only be sent to the participants for privacy reasons, but they can choose to share them with you.

Of course, and I'd be happy to have them! However, a parent or responsible adult must be present. I pay special attention to the privacy of minors, and in these cases, I will double-check consent before publishing any photos.
